This was my way of coping with my insomnia. See, I have battled with insomnia for the greater part of my adult life. So when I couldn't sleep naturally, I would make a excuses for how much I didn't need sleep, however that couldn't have been any farther from the truth.
The lack of sleep that I was experiencing really began to impact my life significantly. I constantly felt like I was walking around in a fog. I couldn't focus on work, or family, and my life began to feel increasingly empty. One day I finally decided that I could no longer live like this, and began to research pretty much anything about sleep and its disorders that I could get my hands on. This is how Sleeping Rocks was born.
Here at Sleeping Rocks my goal is to help others find the best information, resources, and products for a good night's sleep. I know how much those sleepless nights really impacted my life, and it has become my passion to prevent others from experiencing the same woes.
